Open House On Comprehensive Zoning By-law

Open House for Comprehensive Zoning By-law

You are invited to an Open House (This will be an informal drop-in center).

The Town of Deseronto has initiated a project to repeal and replace their existing Town of Deseronto Comprehensive Zoning By-law.

The Comprehensive Zoning By-law regulates the use of land on a site-level basis. The Town of Deseronto is looking to update their existing Comprehensive Zoning By-law provisions in order to better meet the future needs of the community.

The purpose of this Open House is to present the first Draft of the new Town of Deseronto Comprehensive Zoning By-law. The public will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the first Draft document, as well as provide an updated timeline for the approval of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law. The consulting team will be on hand to answer questions.

A copy of the Draft Zoning By-law will be made available on the Town website prior to the meeting.

This meeting will be an informal Open House. The Public Meeting pursuant to the Planning Act (Ontario) will be conducted by Council at a later date.
