BURN PERMIT

Reminder - 2025 Town of Deseronto Burn permits have now expired and must be renewed. Please stop by the Town Hall and purchase your 2026 Burn Permit to remain compliant with the Town’s Open Air Burning By-Law.

Burn permits are required to be renewed annually.

Burning within the Town of Deseronto is solely permitted under specific conditions which are outlined in the Open Air Burning By-Law 14-16 - open pdf
