Rules of Use
· NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR IS PERMITTED IN THE FITNESS CENTRE
· PHYSICAL DISTANCING OF 6FT IS MANDATORY
· THERE IS TIME LIMIT OF 20 MINUTES PER MACHINE
· USERS MUST SPRAY AND WIPE EQUIPMENT DOWN AS SOON AS THEY ARE FINISHED
· BE RESPECTFUL OF FELLOW MEMBERS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS AND EQUIPMENT AT ALL TIMES
· EQUIPMENT MUST BE PUT BACK WHERE IT BELONGS IF IT IS MOVED
· USE THE HAND SANITIZING STATIONS UPON ENTERING AND EXITING FITNESS CENTRE AS WELL AS BEFORE AND AFTER USING RESTROOMS
· STATIONARY EQUIPMENT MUST NOT BE MOVED AROUND
· WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP IF YOU COMMIT A SERIOUS OR REPEATED BREACH OF THESE RULES OF ETIQUETTE OR IF YOU ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER SERIOUS MISCONDUCT
FITNESS CENTRE
The Fitness Centre features a selection of brand new, user friendly cardio and strength training equipment including treadmills, recumbent & upright bikes, total body trainers, various strength and weight machines and free weight equipment.
The facility also features TV’s for entertainment while working out, change rooms/showers, and a card activated access system so members can always get in and get fit!
Hours of Operation
Mon-Thurs: 5pm - 9:30pm, Friday: 3pm-8pm, Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 2pm

Effective November 1st, 2023 There will be a 50% reduction in the price of membership during reduce hours of operation.
Note:
Senior rate applies to those aged 60 & over
Student rate is available to those 23 & under. Must provide a valid student ID card.
Minimum age 16, those under 18 must have parental consent
